ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will support construction projects from start to handover, focusing on ensuring smooth processes and follow-ups. You will be an important part of the team that drives issues independently under guidance and actively contributes in construction meetings and with documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The role involves actively supporting and driving construction projects throughout the process, from initial planning to handover, as well as handling administration and communication.

• Support and drive construction projects from start to handover
• Participate in construction meetings and follow up on tasks from minutes and in production
• Create and follow up on timelines, budgets, documentation, and minutes
• Be a contact person and support
• Take notes and keep minutes during meetings

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a relevant university degree in construction, production, or civil engineering
• Has good experience working in the construction or installation industry
• Can speak and write fluent Swedish and English
• Has a B driver's license

It is advantageous if you have

• Relevant certifications and training
• Experience in construction management, project management, and cost estimation in construction contracts
• Knowledge of tools such as Bluebeam, Wikells, and MS Project
